HOW WE SHIP: On items with a shipping price quoted it is for greyhound
shipping. These items are less than 100 pounds and meet the size requirements.
Unless otherwise requested we will package your item after payment is received
and ship via Greyhound for you to pick up at the station nearest you. You must
give us a contact phone number so Greyhound can call you when your item arrives
to pick it up from them. We usually package and deliver to them once a week
and you can expect your item to arrive within 3-14 days once shipped,
depending on your location. We will email you a tracking # so you will know
approximately when to expect it. NOTE: If there is a shipping price quoted
in the listing it is to package, insure and ship Greyhound unless otherwise
stated. We try to quote prices as close as we can and find this to be the
least expensive way to ship. In certain locations shipping may be a little
higher than quoted, please check with us before bidding. With items marked
freight you need to ask for a quote and we would be happy to furnish one for

Greyhound Flat Rate Counter to Counter
On smaller items valued under $300 (insurance maximum), we recommend you ship
via Greyhound GPX location, available in the continental United States. We
generally ship from the Mount Laurel terminal in New Jersey. We require
insurance on all items. Generally, this is the most cost effective method of
shipping outside of our delivery area. If you choose this shipping method
please provide us with the name and address of your local Greyhound terminal
and 1 or 2 telephone numbers at which we can reach you. If you choose to use
this method Greyhound will contact you when your item arrives at your local
terminal. Once shipped we will provide a tracking number with this service.
Also, please remember you must pickup the item from the local Greyhound
terminal, they do not deliver the item(s) to your door.
Other Shipping Options for items listed as Freight , These are independent
shipping companies who will pick up from our location and blanket wrap and
deliver directly to your home first floor. If you need other options such as
second floor or multiple locations you must let us know before we get your
quote. Deliveries are scheduled in order of payment and the time will vary
with your location but allow four to eight weeks. We will email you once
picked up from us and you will be contacted with a delivery date and time from
the shipping company.
CONDITION OF ITEMS
A majority of the questions that we get are in reference to the quality and
condition of our items. We stock more than 4,000 pieces of furniture in our
retail store, so the items that we list on eBay are only a small percentage of
those. We put in our best effort to give the most accurate and detailed
description we can when writing the listings, hoping that the transaction will
yield 100% satisfaction for both parties. It is a top priority of Center Stage
Antiques to bring to the public the highest quality items available; most items
we list are used, and thus show normal signs of wear and use. However, some
items we will list as "NEW," stating that they are indeed brand new.
As we strive for customer satisfaction, we are happy to offer returns on any
item. At the time of delivery, the buyer must notify the shipper that they wish
to return the item. You will then have to pay the shipping not only to your
location but also back to our location at Mount Holly, New Jersey, 08060. When
we receive the item we will then issue the refund for the purchase price.
However, we will NOT refund the costs of shipping the item.
All shipping options are only recommendations, and you are more than welcome
to use any shipper of your choice or to pick up from our location. All items
are ready for shipment at close of auctions. Shipping companies will do their
own packaging or wrapping prior to delivery. We do not package or crate items
except for those shipped by Center Stage Antiques delivery service or through
Greyhound GPX Counter to Counter service. All other packing and crating will be
done by the third party shipping company. The above recommended companies will
accommodate. If using a company of your choice, please be sure that they will
properly package and insure your items for shipping.
Please understand that all shipping other than delivery from Center Stage
Antiques is third party and we cannot be responsible for delays and other
things beyond our control. We do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery.
We reserve the right to end an auction early if it is purchased from our
