This is an antique cast iron pedestal base designed to hold a water tank that
would sit next to a woodstove or cookstove. It was made by the Bignall foundry
of Medina New York. It measures 19 1/2" high x 12 1/2" in diameter at the top
on the outside, 12" inside, 9" in diameter at the very bottom. You could
easily add a glass or marble top to use as a stand or hall table or could be
used to hold a fish tank. It is in good condition, no breaks or repairs. It can
be shipped by Fed Ex ground for 21.89 including insurance to the lower 48
