Very Age Discolored brass with a raised relief of colonial scenes with lots of people in the picture .. Each side is different 
Antique Brass Color due to patina with age and use  - see photos as you can see the brass peek through the age brownish color.  
There is a  black metal insert with 2 small rings at the top .. it is inside and I can not remove it, it is a tad askew at the top  .. 
4 Feet at Bottom 
Preowned antique used good condition - See Photos has lots of age discolor and surface wear... looks good as it is or you can polish to a brighter patina 
No markings that I can find... looks like it was made in england 
Heavy due to the insert
Approximate Measures: 23" Tall x 12" x 9" at opening 
Shows age and use wear and discolor
