Scarce catalogue nicely laid out and designed produced by Danish Furniture
Makers Guild in the 1960s. The publication contains essays, images of
furniture, advertising plus a Map in the rear of where to find the makers in
Copenhagen. There is a introductory text on the nature of wood and
craftsmanship by Borge jensen followed by and essay on furniture by Poul
Christansen on furniture. Full page illustrations of works by the following:
Jorgen Ditzel, Jacob Kjaer, Erking Jessen, Kindt-Larsen, Kaare Klint, Brockmann
Petersen, Vestergaard Jensen, Hans Wegner, Grete Jalk, Madsen and Larsen, Borge
Mogenen, Adrian Heath, Arne Karlsen etc.
Condition: Slight wear and discolouration to covers, contents age toned at
edges but all in all in very good condition.
Desthetica is a portmanteau of design and aesthetics and the stock consists of
