For items that can be shipped via Greyhound Package Express, you must be able to pick up the item at your local Greyhound bus station upon delivery. We are only able to ship Greyhound if the item is less than $1,000.00 per package. All items are insured with Fedex, UPS, USPS and Greyhound. Please contact us for a quote! All damage items claims with FedEx, UPS, USPS and Greyhound will require photos of the exterior, interior packaging, photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number and photos of the damaged item. RETURN POLICY:     Returns accepted.  You must contact us within 14 days after receiving the item.  Refunds are given as Money Back.  Return shipping will be paid by the Buyer.  All items Returned must be returned in the same condition as purchased.  Items returned with missing parts will NOT quality for any return credit and will be charged for missing parts.  All items returned for any reason that is not due to our fault WILL be charged a 15 % restocking fee.  RETURN SHIPPING TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER.  Also items not picked up within 30 days will be charged a re-stocking fee of 20%.
