We have negotiated very reasonable rates with several white glove shippers, however, their transit times may be longer than others. You will have access to the tracking and we will email you with all updates that we receive. The white glove shippers are all rated and reputable, professional antique and vintage furniture movers. They provide door-to-door shipping. Your items will be prepped, packaged and shipped and we will provide all tracking information.
If you need your purchase "rushed" please indicate this and we will try to accommodate your request but keep in mind "rushed" shipping will cost more. Once the item leaves our location, we are not responsible for any damages incurred and you will have to handle any claims for damage with that carrier directly. All items are sold in "AS IS" Condition. For all other items that can be shipped via Fedex, UPS, USPS or Greyhound Package Express, we will send you a shipping/handling invoice via paypal after you have paid for your item on eBay. For larger items, delicate items or mirrors, we will obtain a professional packing quote form you along with a shipping quote. All items are insured with Fedex, UPS, USPS and Greyhound. Please contact us for a quote! All damage items claims with Fedex, UPS, USPS and Greyhound will require photos of the exterior, interior packaging, photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number and photos of the damaged item. Please do not discard any packaging materials or items, since the carrier may have to pick up the item for their claims review. If in doubt… Call for a Damage Tag pick up immediately. All claims must be reported to the carrier and to ourselves no later than 24 hours after delivery of the item. Failure to do so will void any insurance on your behalf.
VINTAGE:      These are vintage and antique pieces, some are quite old, so please understand these will not be perfect "brand new" looking pieces. They are for that "special buyer" who appreciates the age, history, and patina of an old hardwood piece! These are not brand new pieces.
